The resolution of this ethical dilemma is complex since it entails the application of the relevant laws, which guide the conduct of professionals in the judicial system (Pollock, 2012). Legal professionals are required by the laws t o conduct their activities regarding the cases before a court of law in accordance with the guidance of the code of conduct of the legal professionals. According to the provisions of the code of conduct for legal professional, any legal professional handling a case before a court of law is prohibited from engaging in any form of discussion regarding the case with any side of the case, outside the courtroom (Beauchamp, Arnold & Bowie, 2009). Therefore, any discussion undertaken outside the courtroom with either the prosecution or the defense side is against the conduct of the legal professionals. Therefore, while the information provided by the prosecutor to the jury could be true and thus helpful to the determination of the case at hand, the manner in which it is obtained is against the provisions of the code of conduct of the professionals (Siegel & Worrall, 2013). Therefore, resolving this ethical dilemma requires the jury to adhere to the necessary code of conduct and ignore all the information that is obtained from one-sided party to the case outside the courtroom since the individual may be interested in misleading the jury and thus have his stance favored. Therefore, the ethical dilemma can be resolved through adhering to the guidelines offered by the judge and ignoring all the information obtained outside the courtroom. The system of ethics that I would most likely employ is the law enforcement code of ethics. This system of ethics provides that the fundamental function of a law enforcement officer, including the police, the prosecutor, the judge and the jury, is to serve mankind while at the same time protecting the innocent against deception and the weak against oppression (Siegel, 2010). This system of ethics requires the legal professionals to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the constitutional rights of all individuals to liberty and justice. Filipinos have been through different changes in economic and social aspect. We are taught on our Philippine History the colonization of Philippines from powerful countries such as Spain, Japan, and America.We credit some Filipino lifestyle to them, most especially to Americans who taught us to be wise and introduce some basic learning ideas. During the Pre-Colonial Era, the educators were the Babaylan and Katalonan who both looked upon the society possessing wisdom and knowledge on spiritual practice. The type of education that was taught to the people was based on beliefs and spiritual practice. When Spaniards came, it was the most tragic century ever recorded in Philippine History.Although during their time, they implemented a systematic and institutionalized kind of education. We suffered gre at grievances from them. After three hundred and thirty-three years, here comes the Americans and saved us from the hand of Spaniards by treaty of Paris. The establishment of the system of education in the United States of America in the Philippines was under the context of a wide collective struggle to topple down the marks of colonialism left by colonizers.Meanwhile, the Americans established and administered how schools and colleges like Siliman University. Nothing has much changed during the Japanese colonization. Since the American system of education still prevailed. If I compare the educational system before and today, there is a lot of difference. What Is his relationship to his own voice, his own place, his literary heritage and his contemporary world? In ‘Preoccupations' Haney imagines ‘Digging' itself as having been ‘dug up', rather than written, observing that he has ‘come to realize that It was laid down in me years ago'.In this sense, the poetic act is one of ‘retrieval'-of recovering something that already exists-rather than of creating something entirely new from whole cloth, Plagued by the moral dilemma of sympathizing with the school of thought that wanted to destroy the Protestant supremacy, and being a poet, he could not condone violence. The fact that poetry is a kind of continuous and complex stream of thoughts, a composite of memories In which what we have experienced in the past Is constantly merging with our experience of the moment best embodied by Eliot;s ‘Time present and time past/are both perhaps present in time future/and time future contained in time past'. Honey's subject matter and imagery become stark and astringent filled with death and dying and rooted firmly in his world. This reminds us of the fact that nature can set its face against humanity and behave in an unpredictable manner. It can also be argued that although Honey's work is full of images of death and dying, it is at the same time deeply rooted in life endlessly metaphorical. It holds out an offer of endlessness of cynical history of eternity. Honey's poems are ultimately peace poems intensifying the sense of beauty in contrast to the horror of violence and the pathos of needless death.
